You may request a return or exchange if:

• You accidentally ordered the wrong product or misjudged its usage.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.

• The receipt must clearly show the return/exchange request is within the 30-day period.

Processing Your Return

• The return process starts once we receive your item.

• Processing may take up to 5 business days, but in most cases, replacements are shipped within 24 hours.

Holiday Return Extension

For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, you have until January 31st to request a return or exchange.
