Shipping Timeframes

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) to the following states:

Northeast: Pennsylvania, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, District of Columbia, New Jersey
Midwest & South: Ohio, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Indiana, South Carolina, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, West Virginia, North Dakota, North Carolina
West & Southwest: Oregon, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arizona, California, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Utah, Texas, Idaho, Tennessee, South Dakota, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, Wyoming, New Mexico, Washington

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1 business day after confirmation.

Important Notes:

  • These shipping timeframes apply only to orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (business days only).

  • Upon arrival, inspect your package immediately and report any issues within 24 hours to Chill Zone USA customer support via email or phone.

  • Due to manufacturing processes, designs, colors, and logo embossing may slightly vary from product to product.

Delivery Delays

While we ensure prompt dispatch, unexpected shipping delays may occur due to courier service issues. If your package is delayed:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.

  • Look in outhouses, mailrooms, or parcel lockers.

  • Contact your local post office or sorting facility.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on package weight and destination.
